Our packages start at $300 and range from getting you started with a personalized planner and a few consultations to helping you from start to finish. We will help you with as little or as much as you want. You tell us your vision and expectations and we paint it on a canvas for you.
THE AMETHYST COLLECTION
The Amethyst Package allows the bride and groom to create their very own custom wedding package. They will meet with our certified wedding coordinator to discuss their needs in the areas of assistance.
THE PEARL COLLECTION
The Pearl collection is simply a roadmap to help you plan your own wedding. Chandelier Weddings will prepare an estimated budget, outline, and guide as well as a list of our preferred vendors. We will give you your own personalized wedding planner to help you keep track and stay on schedule.
THE TURQUOISE COLLECTION
The Turquoise Package is for the bride and groom who would like professional assistance with getting started or at any other point where a little help is needed!
- Up to 3 hours of consultation regarding your planning.
- Referral to reputable vendors and advice regarding contracts.
- Unlimited basic e-mail and telephone questions.
THE EMERALD COLLECTION
The Emerald collection is for the bride that has everything already planned but who is nervous how things will be executed. This collection features a confirmation with vendors, creation of the wedding day itinerary, and various wedding day activities.

THE RUBY COLLECTION
The Ruby collection includes everything that is in the Emerald collection as well as attendance at final meetings, review of vendor contracts, and more. This is our rehearsal and day-of wedding package. It is the perfect in-between collection when the bride needs more than just a “day-of” coordinator but not a full service planner.
Consultation Service
- Up to 3 one hour consultations with bride and groom
- Unlimited phone calls and e-mails
Vendor Confirmation Service
- Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contact will be contacted to verify details of their services.
- One week prior contact all vendors listed on the contract to finalize any money due.
- Organize vendor time schedule and delivery
Rehearsal Services
- Develop & distribute Wedding Day Itinerary to be given to guests of the rehearsal
- Organize wedding rehearsal
Wedding Day Services
- Unlimited hours of service on your wedding day
- Manage wedding vendors per your instructions – (I will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions)
- Manage wedding party
- Manage vendor & décor setup at ceremony & receptions sites
- Assist bride, groom, and wedding party
- Organize & distribute flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests
- Transport decorations to reception site
- Bustle bride’s gown
- Provide bridal emergency kit
- Facilitate the wedding ceremony
- Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions
- Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception
- Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances
- Attendance at and overseeing and directing the ceremony and reception

THE SAPPHIRE COLLECTION
The Sapphire Package is for the couple who would like full assistance with their wedding plans but not on the day of their wedding.

With the Diamond you will receive all services that are listed in the Ruby collection as well as scheduling and attending all vendor meetings, sending engagement and wedding announcements to publications of your choice and the list goes on.
